What we collect

• Account info: if you sign up, your email address (and your name and profile photo if you use Google sign-in).
• What you create: the teams, practice plans, season plans, notes, and team logos you make or upload.
• What you type into the AI: the sport, age group, and notes you enter to generate plans.
• Basic usage data: page views and limited technical info (like your IP address) used to run the service, prevent abuse, and understand how it's used.

How we use it

• To generate your practice and season plans.
• To save your teams and plans so you can come back to them.
• To keep the service running, secure, and free from abuse.
• To understand what's working and improve the product.

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers we use

We rely on a few trusted services to run Coach Coach:

• OpenAI — generates your plans. The details you enter are sent to OpenAI to create the response.
• Supabase — stores your account, plans, and uploaded logos.
• Vercel — hosts the app and provides basic, privacy-friendly analytics.
• Google — used only if you choose Google sign-in.

A note on what you type

Plans are generated by AI, so anything you enter is sent to OpenAI to create them. Please don't enter sensitive personal information — yours or a child's — that isn't needed to plan a practice.

Children's privacy

Coach Coach is built for adults — coaches and parents. It is not directed to children, and children should not create accounts. The app is about coaching kids, but kids are not its users.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to run the service. We don't use them for advertising.

Your choices

You can stop using Coach Coach at any time. To access or delete your account and data, email us at coachcoachapp@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.

Changes

We may update this policy as Coach Coach grows. If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the date at the top.
